American Packaging Corporation appoints new CEO

American Packaging Corporation (APC) has named Ray Graham as its new CEO and president, effective 1 January, 2025. The leadership change follows the retirement of former CEO Jeff Koch, who stepped down on 31 December, 2024, and will remain with the company as a member of its board of directors.

Graham, who joined APC in 2002, has held various leadership roles, including vice president of operations and most recently executive vice president and COO. He has overseen significant growth at the company, including the opening of new facilities and investments in capital equipment.

In his new role, Graham expressed confidence in the future of the company and emphasized ongoing engagement with customers, suppliers, and employees.

APC, headquartered in Columbus, Wisconsin, is a family-owned business specializing in flexible packaging solutions and operates six Centers of Excellence across the US with nearly 1300 employees.
