International Flavours & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has expanded its pet wellness portfolio, introducing a range of science-based solutions aimed at addressing key health and care needs in the companion animal sector.
The newly launched products focus on gut health, hydration, dental care, and odour reduction. Key offerings include Microsource™ CA, which targets litter box odour reduction, and Betafin® Pet, a natural betaine aimed at supporting hydration and gut health in dogs and cats.
“Our portfolio helps brands respond to key market demands with functional, science-supported solutions,” said Dr Jordon Gruber, companion animal technical leader at IFF. “We’re offering technologies that are relevant to the entire pet life cycle.”
IFF’s solutions are supported by research from its R&D facilities, including centres in Delaware, Denmark, and Kansas. The company integrates ingredients, processing aids, and flavour technologies into a unified product development system designed to help manufacturers improve product performance and sustainability.
