India International Pet Trade Fair Returns to New Delhi in 2026

The Indian pet industry will once again take centre stage as the 16th edition of the India International Pet Trade Fair (IIPTF) prepares to welcome global and domestic businesses on 29–30 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The event, which will take place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is widely regarded as the premier B2B pet industry show on the Indian subcontinent, will bring together important leaders from all areas of the industry.

More than 300 exhibitors from more than 18 countries, covering the whole pet industry supply chain, are anticipated to attend the next edition. Under one roof, established brands, private labels, start-ups, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers will come together to create networking, partnership, and business expansion opportunities. “Aquagic – The Magic of Aquariums,” a speciality exhibition centred around the aquarium business, will run concurrently with the trade expo. Aquarium shops, distributors, and enthusiasts will be able to discover a variety of products at the event, from aquarium supplies and equipment to decorative fish and aquatic plants. Aquagic will provide interactive exhibits, competitions, and interesting seminars in addition to product displays, all of which are intended to draw in both experts and enthusiasts.

Additionally, the trade show will feature a number of areas specifically created to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. These include international pavilions where exhibitors from around the world can display their products, an innovation pavilion showcasing new ideas and technology, and a start-up pavilion for up-and-coming companies. Companies will also be able to introduce and showcase new items to a specific business audience with a dedicated product display area.

Along with business-focused courses on branding, social media marketing, and growing pet companies, visitors can anticipate a jam-packed schedule of seminars and events covering subjects like dog training, grooming, and veterinary care.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Linda Hawke said, “At present, the Indian pet market is demonstrating robust opportunities for growth and expansion. We hope to continue to extend this platform to the pet industry across territories to engage in meaningful trade and business.”

The 16th edition of the India Foreign Pet Trade Fair is expected to offer a potent gateway for businesses wishing to investigate and grow within the quickly expanding Indian pet market.
