Pet Valu has expanded its delivery services to include same-day delivery through Instacart, offering fast delivery from over 600 locations across Canada. The service is available through the Instacart app or website and covers all Pet Valu banners, including Pet Valu, Bosley’s by Pet Valu, Paulmac’s, Total Pet, and Tisol.
Earlier this year, Pet Valu began rolling out same-day delivery at 100 locations in Ontario and British Columbia. With the new expansion, more than 500 additional stores now offer this service nationwide. The move aims to provide convenience for pet owners, allowing them to quickly receive a wide range of pet products from the retailer.
Tanbir Grover, Pet Valu’s chief digital and marketing officer, highlighted the company’s focus on enhancing shopping experiences for pet owners, emphasising that the partnership with Instacart broadens its reach and service options.
Instacart, which partners with over 90 retail banners across Canada, now delivers from more than 6000 locations in all 10 provinces. Other major retailers like Walmart Canada and Empire Company Ltd. also offer same-day delivery through Instacart, expanding the platform’s presence in the Canadian market.
