Otto, Hill’s and TVC team up to offer free AI Scribe for clinics

Otto, the veterinary technology company trusted by more than 5,000 clinics, has announced a new collaboration with Hill’s Pet Nutrition and The Veterinary Cooperative (TVC) to provide clinics with free access to Otto AI Scribe. The collaboration greatly increases the accessibility of veterinary-specific documentation tools for both TVC member clinics and Hill’s Connect clinic partners.

Through automated client communications, digital forms, direct booking, payment tools, AI scribe capabilities, and integrated workflow solutions made to integrate with top PIMS, Otto promotes clinic expansion and team balance.

The partnership represents a significant advancement in the availability of cutting-edge, veterinary-specific AI capabilities. Otto AI Scribe is specifically designed for the realities of veterinary practice, in contrast to platforms that have been borrowed from human healthcare or other industries. In order to guarantee that client conversations, treatment plans, and instructional advice are constantly recorded, the application produces precise SOAP-formatted notes. Clinics that fully utilise Scribe claim to save thirty hours a month on average.

“Complete and connected clinic records are essential for a pet’s care,” said Dr. Chelsie Estey, chief veterinary officer of Hill’s Pet Nutrition U.S. “Otto AI Scribe ensures education and recommendations, including nutrition, are captured, improving adherence and continuity of care.” Nick McCart, president of TVC, highlighted Otto’s proven performance in a rapidly growing AI marketplace. “Otto separated itself by bringing real scale, proven performance, and a strong level of veterinary sector focus. They have what it takes to bring real scale to the AI scribe market.”

Otto CEO Zeynep Young emphasised the shared vision behind the partnership. “They share our belief that every clinic, large or small, deserves access to technology that makes work easier, care better, and clients more connected. This collaboration is a testament to what can happen when innovation meets true industry partnership.”

Otto AI Scribe, which has already been utilised by thousands of veterinarians in North America, speeds up record completion, increases compliance, and lessens administrative burden. Thousands more veterinary teams will be able to accurately, economically, and automatically capture what matters most thanks to the new agreement, which will significantly expand access.
