Coesia Unveils Interpack 2026 Innovations

Coesia will present its latest packaging automation technologies at Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, highlighting how smart automation, sustainability-led design and integrated systems are shaping the future of packaging. The company will exhibit at Messe Düsseldorf in Hall 06, Booth D31–D57.

Under the theme “Powering What’s Next”, Coesia will showcase a connected ecosystem of technologies aimed at improving efficiency and performance across packaging operations. The company said its focus is on combining intelligent automation, system integration and sustainability to deliver long-term industrial value.

For the petfood sector, Coesia will feature its Pouch-to-Shelf line, an integrated workflow that converts flexible pouches into shelf-ready packaging. Volpak’s SI 190 simplex platform is designed for efficient pouch production, offering fast changeovers and compatibility with recyclable materials. The WATL 30 case packer, developed with Errelle, is intended to provide flexible product collation and integration with downstream processes.

Alongside complete lines, Coesia will also present a range of standalone technologies for specific packaging stages.

ACMA will showcase FP EDGE, a high-speed flow wrapper capable of processing both plastic and paper-based materials on a single platform. FP ONE will also be displayed as a flexible system featuring cantilever design, simplified maintenance and an intuitive interface.

FlexLink will introduce its RC12 and RC20 collaborative palletisers, developed for safe human-machine interaction, compact layouts and straightforward deployment. The company will also present conveying and elevating systems with integrated condition monitoring for real-time performance monitoring and improved product flow.

Meanwhile, PWR, a Coesia partner, will showcase the SmartLine robotic solution for high-efficiency pick-and-place food applications, together with the VTM feeder for accurate product singulation and feeding into downstream operations.
