Fi Europe 2026 will bring together more than 1,650 exhibitors and over 27,000 expected attendees from 135-plus countries in Frankfurt, Germany, from 17–19 November, providing a platform for pet food and nutrition professionals to explore ingredient innovation, product development and emerging industry challenges.
As demand grows for premium pet food, transparent sourcing and products supporting specific health and wellbeing needs, manufacturers are facing increasing pressure from ingredient shortages, rising costs, supply chain disruption and evolving regulatory requirements. The event will connect businesses with suppliers, technical experts and potential partners to help address these challenges.
A key attraction for the sector will be the dedicated Pet Food & Nutrition Hub, bringing together companies offering ingredients, technologies and solutions for companion animal nutrition. Exhibitors will include ADM Protexin, Vetio Animal Health, BeneMeat and NBF Lanes, alongside specialists in functional ingredients, proteins, natural additives, processing and manufacturing.
The hub will focus on opportunities to develop formulations that support digestive health, mobility, immunity and healthy ageing while maintaining nutritional quality and palatability. Solutions designed to improve taste, aroma and product acceptance will also feature, helping manufacturers balance health benefits with pets’ feeding preferences.

New for 2026, the Pet Food & Nutrition Forum will host expert-led sessions, panel discussions, fireside chats, exhibitor presentations and interactive experiences. Discussions will address ingredient and formulation innovation, changing pet-owner expectations, sustainability, regulatory developments and supply chain resilience.
Beyond pet nutrition, Fi Europe will showcase developments across food ingredients, health ingredients, technology, services and equipment. This wider offering will provide opportunities for manufacturers to explore sustainable ingredients, packaging, processing and production technologies, while gaining insights from adjacent sectors that could inform pet food innovation. Networking will also be central to the event, with curated opportunities and AI-powered matchmaking through the event app and platform helping attendees identify relevant suppliers, experts and business partners.
Fi Europe 2026 will take place at Messe Frankfurt, with organisers encouraging visitors to register ahead of the ticket price increase on 19 October at 5pm CEST. Early registration offers savings of up to €232, according to the event organisers.
