Muenster Milling Company has appointed Ryan James as its new Chief Revenue Officer. James brings over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Simmons Pet Food, where he led growth in the wet pet food segment.

James’ appointment follows Muenster’s recent expansion efforts, including the opening of a new freeze-drying facility in Denton and the introduction of its new Kibble Plus product. James expressed enthusiasm about joining Muenster, saying he looks forward to contributing to the company’s growth and connecting with both existing and new customers.

James has also held leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and Electronic Arts. In his new role at Muenster, he will focus on expanding the company’s presence in the premium freeze-dried pet food market.

Muenster CEO Jim Holdrieth expressed confidence in James’ ability to help the company grow its customer base, particularly in contract manufacturing and private label programs. “Ryan’s experience will be valuable as we continue to innovate and meet the needs of our customers,” Holdrieth said. Muenster Milling is a premium pet food manufacturer, particularly popular in the freeze-dried segment, and is backed by Kainos Capital.
