Born and raised in the Netherlands, Roger Ubags started as a Project Engineer for VanAarsen in 2008, moving up to Project Manager and later transitioning to a sales role in 2015. As the Area Sales Manager, he has looked after various regions, starting with the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, he has since moved onto the Southeast Asia region.
