Post Holdings, Inc. has revealed that Chief Operating Officer Jeff Zadoks will retire in January 2026 after 14 years with the company. Following his departure, Nicolas Catoggio, the current President and CEO of Post Consumer Brands, will take on the additional role of COO for Post Holdings.
Zadoks joined Post in 2011 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2014 before being appointed COO in December 2022. “Jeff has been an integral part of our company’s growth for the past 14 years,” said Rob Vitale, President and CEO of Post Holdings. “His impact on our company is immeasurable, and he has been a valued friend and advisor. We are grateful to Jeff for the many ways he has contributed to Post’s success and wish him the very best in his retirement.”
Catoggio has been leading Post Consumer Brands since September 2021, coming from the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Managing Director and Senior Partner. Since his arrival, he has successfully expanded the company’s portfolio beyond ready-to-eat cereals into petfood, peanut butter, and pasta.
“Nico is a strategic leader who has led Post Consumer Brands’ growth from a ready-to-eat cereal company to a multi-category organisation,” Vitale noted. “I am excited to work with him to continue Post’s record of success.”
Post Holdings, through its Post Consumer Brands segment, owns a portfolio of petfood brands.
