Tractor Supply Company (TSCO) has introduced an exclusive line of premium petfood, 4health Shreds, expanding its 4health brand offering. The new product, available in Chicken & Rice, Beef & Rice, and Lamb & Rice varieties, is designed to provide balanced nutrition for adult dogs.
4health Shreds blends crunchy kibble with protein-packed shreds and includes immune-supporting antioxidants such as zinc, selenium, and vitamin E. It also contains glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate for joint health, omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids for skin and coat, and probiotics with natural prebiotic fibre for healthy digestion.
Priced under $55 for a 35-pound bag, the product offers over 20% more value than national brands. It is available at Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply in 5, 18, and 35-pound bags.
The launch supports Tractor Supply’s strategy to integrate its physical and digital operations. The company continues to invest in its omnichannel offerings, including curb-side pickup, same-day and next-day delivery, and improved digital platforms.
Despite the new launch, Tractor Supply has faced challenges, with shares dropping 11.4% over the past three months. Rising selling and administrative costs have affected profitability, though the company remains focused on growth initiatives, including expanding its store network and improving customer experience.
