Wellness Pet Company has appointed Allyson Borozan as Chief Marketing Officer. The company, which marks 100 years in premium petfood and treats, said Borozan brings extensive experience in brand growth, product innovation and sales and marketing strategy development.

Borozan joins Wellness Pet from Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, where she most recently served as Chief Growth Officer, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Her consumer packaged goods background also includes more than a decade in innovation and marketing roles at Kellogg Company, where she contributed to the expansion of the company’s snacks and crackers portfolio, as well as innovation and brand management positions at Kraft Foods Group, now known as The Kraft Heinz Company.
“We are thrilled to have Ally join our leadership team, bringing both her passion as a pet parent and her deep experience building and directing cross-functional teams spanning brand strategy, insights, innovation and omni-channel marketing,” said Reed Howlett, CEO of Wellness Pet. “There is such a clear connection between the work that Ally has been doing to engage today’s consumers in pursuing better nutrition for themselves and our purpose at Wellness Pet to support the wellbeing of pets.”
The company recently introduced a broad range of new products aimed at addressing changing pet nutrition needs and growing demand for high-protein formulations. These include new Wellness Signature Selects products for cats and Wellness Protein Bowls for dogs, alongside other launches planned for 2026.
Wellness Pet is also celebrating the 100th anniversary of its Old Mother Hubbard oven-baked treats brand with a special-edition product developed in partnership with Milk Bar, described as New York City’s number one bakery.
