CULT Food Science Corp. announced that its subsidiary, Further Foods Inc., has signed an R&D Supply Agreement with a cultivated meat producer. This agreement ensures a supply of cultivated meat for the development of Noochies!, a line of cultivated meat pet treats. The move represents a key step in the company’s push toward commercialisation.
Noochies! will be showcased at the Global Pet Show in Orlando, Florida, from 26-28 March, 2025. The event will allow the company to highlight its sustainable petfood products and expand industry partnerships.
In addition to its US efforts, Noochies! is expanding its distribution network in Asia, with orders already placed by a Southeast Asian distributor. The company is also in discussions with additional regional partners.
Noochies! has partnered with a cultivated meat supplier actively navigating the FDA regulatory process. This partnership allows Noochies! to forgo separate feeding trials, speeding up its regulatory approval and reducing costs.
They have also announced the settlement of $26,346 in debts, issuing 573,984 shares to creditors as part of the settlement.
