CPM’s MR Series Drum Coater improves the efficiency of applying oils, fats and other additives to the surface of pellets used in animal feed, petfood and aquafeed. This includes both floating and sinking products. The drum coater enhances the palatability and nutritional value of the final product. Standard features include a liquid addition level ranging from two percent to five percent (w/w) and an integrated bypass system. It is equipped with a liquid weighing system along with a mist sprayer that ensures thorough distribution of the coating liquid.
