Ren’s Pets opens new location in Niagara Falls

Pet retailer Ren’s Pets have opened their latest retail store located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The 8300 square foot store marks the company’s 43rd location and fifth new store opening this year. Other locations in Ontario include Orillia, Thunder Bay, and Stoufville.

“We’re so excited to have this Ren’s location now open for the summer in Niagara Falls,” says Scott Arsenault, CEO at Ren’s Pets. “We were a bit delayed due to Covid interruptions, but the doors are now open and we couldn’t be happier to serve this very passionate pet community.”

“The energy at the store on opening day was amazing,” adds Mr Arsenault. ““So many customers and their dogs from Niagara Falls came out to see what Ren’s has to offer for your Pet’s Best Life. Our store manager Jonathan and his Ren’s team did an excellent job at welcoming them all into the new store and giving great advice on food and all the premium products we carry.”

The store features over 8000 products of high-quality dog and cat food, treats and toys, in addition to a special grooming section. Customers have a number of shopping options to meet their needs including shopping in store, ordering online to pick up in store, using same-day delivery or shipping to home.

“We were thrilled to see a huge line up of customers and their pets waiting to get into the store,” shares Larissa Wasyliw, VP of Ecommerce and Marketing at Ren’s Pets. “Many customers knew our Ren’s brand from the close-by St Catherine’s location or had shopped with us online.”

“Stop by and meet Jonathan and his amazing Niagara Falls team, weigh your pet on our in-store scale, check out our latest super premium brand Vetdiet, and more,” she adds.

The company will be opening two additional stores this autumn in Truro, Nova Scotia and The Junction, Toronto, continuing their expansion into Toronto.

In April of this year Ren’s Pets donated a large sum to the Animal Food Bank to support animals displaced by the conflict in Ukraine which you can read about, HERE.
