CPM has acquired CFE, its long-standing EMEA partner specialising in aftermarket services, refurbishment and technical support.
According to CPM, the acquisition is intended to strengthen its aftermarket and refurbishment capabilities across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. CFE brings experience in equipment servicing, refurbishment operations and local technical support, alongside knowledge of customer requirements within the regional market.
The integration of CFE into CPM’s operations is expected to expand access to CPM resources while maintaining existing local service and support structures. Customers will continue to work with their current CPM and CFE contacts during the transition.
CFE’s capabilities include die and roller shell refurbishment, localised service support and refurbished equipment solutions, which will now form part of CPM’s broader EMEA aftermarket offering.
