Datacor, Inc. has acquired Baytek International, a provider of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Quality Control (QC) software. The deal expands Datacor’s offerings in laboratory and regulatory compliance solutions for process manufacturers.
Baytek’s software helps users manage laboratory operations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance standards. Its expertise will be integrated into Datacor’s portfolio, which serves the process manufacturing and chemical distribution sectors.
Datacor President Tom Jackson said the acquisition supports the company’s goal of delivering software that improves efficiency and compliance. Baytek President Jonathan Richter said the move aligns with Baytek’s focus on industry-specific solutions and will enhance value for existing customers.
Datacor is based in Florham Park, New Jersey. Baytek brings decades of experience in laboratory management to the combined business.
