Registration is now open for Fi Europe 2026, as the world’s leading food ingredients exhibition prepares to return to Messe Frankfurt, Germany, from November 17–19. This year’s edition is anticipated to be one of the biggest in the event’s history, with over 1,650 exhibitors and over 27,000 attendees. It will include more content, improved networking possibilities, and the introduction of a new Pet Food and Nutrition Forum.
Fi Europe 2026 will feature the newest ingredient innovations, technological advancements, and market developments in the food, beverage, and pet food industries, bringing together companies ranging from creative start-ups to global industry leaders like ADM, AGRIFLEX, Beneo, Bühler, Cargill, Givaudan, GEA, and Nexira.
The event is still evolving in tandem with shifting consumer demands and business priorities, according to Yannick Verry, Fi Events Brand Director at Informa Markets.”The food, beverage and pet food sectors continue to evolve rapidly, driven by changing consumer expectations, advances in technology and growing demand for products that support health, well-being and sustainability,” Verry said. “Fi Europe reflects these shifts, ensuring attendees have access to the knowledge, ideas, partnerships and solutions needed to stay ahead.”
This year’s expo will focus more on pet nutrition. Fi Europe 2026 will launch the new Pet Food and Nutrition Forum in addition to an expanded Pet Food & Nutrition Hub. This event will feature exhibitor showcases, expert-led lectures, networking opportunities, and interactive sessions centred around one of the fastest-growing areas in the industry.
The exhibition’s major focus is still food and health ingredients, which are accompanied by an extensive conference schedule and an Innovation Hub that looks at new trends. Plant-based ingredients, clean-label products, intestinal health, cognitive function, and longevity will all be covered. Weight control will be the focus of the conference’s last day, which will look at how GLP-1 drugs and shifting consumer eating patterns are affecting food innovation.
Additionally, the event will broaden its Ready to Market segment, linking product development with business prospects via final goods, private label items, and environmentally friendly packaging. In the meantime, processing technologies, automation, digital solutions, and manufacturing breakthroughs will be featured in the expanding Tech, Services & Equipment section.
The organisers have improved the Fi Europe app and launched a new Supplier Pass, allowing attendees to browse the complete guest list, plan meetings ahead of time, and utilise a dedicated Meeting Lounge in an effort to improve business ties. The Women’s Networking Breakfast, the Future of Nutrition Lunch & Learn, and the upcoming Fi Europe Innovation Awards are further networking highlights.
Super early bird registration for Fi Europe 2026 is now open and will remain available until September 6. Visitors can register via Fi Europe 2026 registration.
