Introducing our speaker and co-organiser for the Petfood and Aquafeed Extrusion conference, Dr. Mian Nadeem Riaz!
With an extensive career at Texas A&M University, he was put in charge of the Food and Feed Extrusion Program and went on to become the head of the Extrusion Program and a member of the Graduate Faculty in the Food Science and Technology Program. He served as Director FPRDC from 2005 to 2020.
Dr Riaz is the Director of Extrusion Technology Program, where he offers 5 courses every year in food and feed extrusion through Professional & Continuing Education program, TEES Edge, Texas A&M University System. He has published seven books and more than 163 papers on extrusion and other related topics.
