The Nutriment Company (TNC) has acquired pet supplement brand Your Pet Nutrition from Malaberg, marking the company’s second acquisition this month. TNC previously acquired raw food company The Dog’s Butcher earlier.
Your Pet Nutrition specialises in all-natural, science-driven supplements designed to improve pet health. Its products, co-developed with London vet Dr. Michael Lazaris, include flagship items Canine Prime and Feline 40, which contain 40 essential nutrients.
TNC CEO Anders Kristiansen stated that the acquisition aligns with the company’s vision of excellence in the direct-to-consumer space, citing Your Pet Nutrition’s product quality and strong customer loyalty. Karolis Skripka, founder of Your Pet Nutrition and Malaberg, expressed confidence that TNC would continue to grow the brand. Dr. Lazaris added that TNC’s resources would support the brand’s expansion and further promote pet wellness.
TNC’s portfolio includes brands such as Nutriment, DIBO, Barfgold, AniForte, and Natural Instinct. The company is owned by Nordic private equity firm Axcel.
