Camlin Fine Sciences (CFS) has appointed Melissa Weber, as Senior Sales Director – Animal, North America. In this role, she will lead commercial strategy and customer engagement across the company’s Animal business, covering petfood, livestock and rendering markets.
Dr Weber brings more than 15 years of experience spanning research and development, innovation and technical sales, with particular expertise in pet food and animal nutrition. She is widely recognised within the industry for her ability to connect technical knowledge with practical application, while building strong and lasting partnerships.
Commenting on her appointment, Weber said: “I’ve always believed the value isn’t just in the science, it’s in what you do with it. I’m excited to work alongside customers to turn ideas into solutions that actually hold up in the real world.”
She joins CFS at a time when customers are facing increasing complexity, including raw material variability, rising performance expectations and cost pressures. The company noted that her ability to translate technical capabilities into practical, plant-ready solutions will further strengthen its support for customers across livestock, pet food and rendering sectors.
