Interview With Mian Riaz, Texas A&M University – Taiwan Smart Agriweek

Dr Mian Riaz was in Taiwan attending the week-long Smart Agribusiness Expo in Taipei in September 2025. He’s from Texas A&M University where he has been working on extrusion for 33 years and celebrating this achievement in Taiwan where he was instructing on aspects of successful operation of extrusion equipment both for floating and sinking fish feeds. His focus in on enhanced nutrition along with the cost of investment needed from the outset that repays itself.
