Dutch animal nutrition and food processing company Nutreco has been awarded the 2024 Gold Globee® in the category of “Achievement in employee involvement and empowerment.” The award recognises the impact of Nutreco’s Operational Excellence training program, which has led to improvements across its Business Units.
In 2024, 265 employees participated in these training sessions, building on the success of previous years. The program included real-world examples and practical applications, with bootcamp sessions held in over a dozen countries, including Brazil, Canada, and China. The training sessions were designed to address business challenges through collaboration across various departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
