The countdown to Zoomark 2027 has officially begun, with organisers unveiling major previews of the upcoming edition during a press lunch held in Nuremberg, positioning the event as a global platform for innovation, collaboration, and future growth in the pet economy.
The event will include flagship programs like the Indo Livestock Grand Championship, Youth Farmers Day, and SDTI (Milk, Meat, Eggs, and Fish) socialisation activities through bazaars, entertaining activities, and talk shows, further enhancing industry engagement and collaboration, in addition to showcasing the newest technologies and market advancements.
The Assalco-Zoomark Report 2026, which revealed that Italy’s pet food and care industry reached €5.3 billion in 2025, or 2.5% increase, was one of the main highlights. After two years of stability due to price pressure, the report also showed a return to organic volume growth in pet food.
Additionally, Zoomark announced the opening of PetBridge India, a brand-new business-to-business trade show designed to link India’s quickly expanding pet care industry with international markets. The first edition will be held at the NESCO Centre in Mumbai on November 25–26, 2026.
With the help of international collaborations and buyer programs, Zoomark 2027 is anticipated to have over 1,500 exhibitors and draw over 33,000 high-profile attendees. Strong market confidence is demonstrated by the fact that more than 50% of exhibition space has already been reserved.
Zoomark will be the first international pet trade show to highlight this expanding market by expanding its dedicated special areas, such as Factory, Next, Atelier, Pawfect!, Pet Vision, and Aqua Project, and introducing a new concept called “Beyond,” which focuses on bereavement and memorial care for pets.
