Zoomark and Petzoo Eurasia announce partnership to strengthen pet industry ties between Europe and Turkey

Zoomark, Europe’s top B2B pet industry trade show, and Petzoo Eurasia, Turkey’s leading pet exhibition, have formed a strategic partnership to connect European and Turkish pet markets, fostering growth across the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions.

Zoomark, organised by BolognaFiere, concluded its 21st edition yesterday in Bologna, Italy, attracting 1,300 exhibitors and 31,000 visitors from over 120 countries. The event highlighted networking, innovation, and business opportunities in the pet industry.

Petzoo Eurasia, organised by Ulusal Fuarcılık, will host its 11th edition in October 2025 at the Istanbul Expo Centre, featuring 287 exhibitors and over 42,000 visitors. It is the top pet industry event in the MENA region.

The partnership aims to foster knowledge exchange and create new opportunities for stakeholders in both regions. “Turkey’s strategic position between Europe and the Middle East offers significant potential for market expansion,” said Enrico Zannini, General Director of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof.

The partnership supports the growing Middle Eastern pet market, particularly as the UAE’s pet industry is projected to reach $2 billion by 2025, driven by rising pet adoption and health awareness.

“This collaboration will elevate Petzoo Eurasia’s global profile and give exhibitors access to European innovations,” said Selçuk Çetin, General Manager of Ulusal Fuarcılık.

Moving forward, Zoomark and Petzoo Eurasia aim to continue connecting global pet industry markets and exploring opportunities in emerging regions.
