Tractor Supply Unveils New Pet Products

Tractor Supply, a rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, has announced a major expansion to include more than 200 new dog and cat products. The expansion of its pet selection range reinforces the retailer’s role as a one-stop destination for pet parents across the United States.

The new range includes a broad spectrum of premium pet products such as food, treats, toys, meal enhancements and everyday essentials for pets of any age, lifestyle and nutritional needs. The product range addresses pets from puppies and kittens to senior animals, with products designed for different dietary requirements and lifestyles. According to the company, the expanded nutrition selection includes formulas for sensitive skin and stomachs, high-protein recipes, fresh and minimally processed foods and supplements and innovative flavours.

Tractor Supply cited consumer trends showing that 42 percent of pet owners prioritise high-protein pet foods, while many also seek products that support joint health. Earlier this summer, the company also released its first pet-focused TV spot, showcasing how Tractor Supply goes beyond petfood delivery.

As part of the expansion, Freshpet refrigerated products are now available at select Tractor Supply stores and online. The retailer has also broadened its portfolio of meal toppers, air-dried and gently cooked foods and shelf-stable treats from brands including 4health, Honest Kitchen, Open Farm, Just Food For Dogs and PureBites.

Alongside, Tractor Supply has introduced exclusive seasonal and branded toy collections. These include a summer-themed Retriever range featuring plush toys and a Dog Splash Pad to keep dogs cool in the summer heat, as well as the limited-edition ‘We Should Be Friends’ collection from MuttNation Fueled by Miranda Lambert. A portion of proceeds from the MuttNation collection will support the MuttNation Foundation’s rescue and adoption programme.

The retailer also highlighted services designed to simplify pet ownership. Its Smart Supply subscription programme enables recurring deliveries or in-store pickup for products such as food, treats and cat litter, while prescription medications remain available online through Allivet. The expansion builds on Tractor Supply’s broader pet care strategy, combining products, veterinary services and pharmacy solutions across its retail network.

“Pets are family, and every pet has different needs”, said Nicole Logan, Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at Tractor Supply, added that they are expanding their assortment so customers have even more choices, from specialized nutrition and fresh food to toys and treats.
